ABOUT THE AUTHOR: At this late date, sharing my music is on my bucket list but I am not a musician and not a performer. I am a retired 64 year old with a pocket full of poems and life long ambition to self-publish them. My song, Would You Be My Valentine? is my first self-publishig attempt licensed and copywritten 200%. No contracts, no agents, no calendar, no agenda, no book deals, no signings, no performances, worldly committments, Only time to dream. My goals are to publish my library of work & recently A I has made it possible for me to break through & move my music business out of the dark ages unto more creative independance. Feels good to move a little closer to enlightenment in my golden years. A I unlocks answers that have eluded me as I DYI my own music business. Why dont they teach this in school? If they did, why wasn't I paying attention? Each of us that can write can write what we know and how we learned it, where we went and how we got there. Whats the secret? We are all writers, thats the secret! We all have a book inside of us. The act of writing may only need be as simple as getting excited and involved in your writing to make it happen. A lifestyle of distractions will hocus pocus your focus. And dont wait til you can get others involved in your writing, no one cares about your story til they read it, in this regard to be a writer is to write AND be read. I urge you to write your own thing and see what the world has in common with you. We may be the last generation of writers if A I takes over all that is written. Give the world a peice of yourself while you have any chance and dont let A I write it for you.
